At Rocky Mountain Resort Management, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional vacation accommodations at the best possible value. That's why every reservation is backed by our Best Rate Guarantee.
Book with confidence knowing that if you find a lower advertised rate for the same property, dates, and accommodations through one of our competitors, we'll make it right.
If you find a better rate within 72 hours of making your reservation with us, simply contact our team. We will either:
- Refund the difference between our rate and the competitor's rate, or
- Cancel your reservation and provide a full refund if you prefer.
Our goal is simple: to ensure you receive the best available price while enjoying the personalized service, local expertise, and peace of mind that come with booking directly through Rocky Mountain Resort Management.

To submit your claim, email us and include the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your Reservation Number with RMRM
- Where you found the lower rate and screen shots showing the "Total" rate with all fees.
- Total cost of lodging at the lower rate
- Phone number of the competitor
- Exact website address where the rate was found

A representative will contact you within five business days after your claim is received and reviewed.
Your refund will be issued to your credit card or mailed via check within 14 business days of receipt of your Best Rate Guarantee refund notification and verification by RMRM.
Best Rate Guarantee Terms & Conditions
To qualify for our Best Rate Guarantee, the lower rate must meet all of the following requirements:
- The rate must be for the exact same property, unit, room type, quality level, occupancy, and location.
- Arrival and departure dates must be identical to those on the original reservation.
- The comparison rate must be quoted in the same currency.
- The rate comparison will be based on the total lodging cost, including all taxes, mandatory fees, and surcharges.
- The lower rate must be publicly available and viewable online by the general public at the time the claim is submitted.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
- Group, wholesale, or bulk-purchase rates
- Rates available only to members of clubs, organizations, loyalty programs, or membership-based services
- Government, military, corporate, employee, negotiated, convention, or credential-based rates
- Coupon, promotional code, voucher, or award redemption programs
- Travel industry rates
- Package rates that bundle lodging with other products or services
- Opaque booking channels where the specific property or location is not disclosed until after the reservation is completed or the guest checks in
Rocky Mountain Resort Management reserves the right to verify all rate claims and determine eligibility under the terms of this guarantee.
