Convenient Remote Check-In
All of our properties offer remote check-in, allowing you to go directly to your accommodation upon arrival—no need to stop at an office.
On your arrival day, you will receive an email between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. if the property was vacant and cleaned the night before. If the property was occupied the previous night, you will receive an email as soon as it has been cleaned, inspected, and is ready for occupancy.
With our system, there is no need to request an early check-in. As soon as your property is ready, we will provide access information so you can begin enjoying your stay right away.
If you arrive before your unit is ready, we can often provide early access to amenities such as parking areas, building lobbies, and common areas. We will then notify you immediately once your accommodation is cleaned and ready for check-in.
Easy Arrival & Property Access
Your check-in email includes detailed driving directions, GPS coordinates, and property access instructions, making it easy to locate your accommodation once you arrive in Summit County.

Occupancy & Sleeping Arrangements
Most properties accommodate two guests per bedroom, with additional sleeping space for two guests on a sleeper sofa in the living room. Many units also offer extra sleeping options such as trundle beds, Murphy beds, bunk beds, or other arrangements. Please refer to the individual property listing for the exact sleeping configuration of your selected accommodation.
Please note that Summit County regulations require all vacation rental properties to adhere to strict occupancy limits. These limits are determined by local licensing requirements and specify the maximum number of guests permitted to stay in each property. As a result, we cannot provide additional sleeping accommodations or exceed the licensed occupancy limits, except for allowances that may apply to young children under local regulations.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our properties, including balconies, patios, decks, and other outdoor areas associated with the unit.
Only a limited number of our properties are pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a pet, you can easily search for pet-friendly accommodations using the same search tools available on our website when browsing for a property.
